The responsibilities include designing, implementing, and refining AI frameworks for benchmarking and evaluating agent performance across multiple dimensions such as reasoning, safety, and adaptability. The engineer will develop and integrate advanced algorithms, including neural networks and natural language processing models, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance real-world AI reliability and effectiveness. The position also involves conducting research on emerging AI agent technologies and improving system deployment processes.
