Our mission is to simplify the study abroad process and empower students to achieve their academic and professional aspirations.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for an Operations Executive specializing in study abroad programs. The Operations Executive will oversee and manage the student application process, provide one-on-one counseling to students, assist with preparing documentation, and coordinate visa-related activities. The role also involves maintaining effective communication with stakeholders, including universities and students, to ensure a smooth and efficient process.Note we are relatively new market.Looking for someone who will assist in end to End processQualificationsProficiency in student counseling and excellent interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and experience with documentation and administrative tasksKnowledge and understanding of university application processes and international visa requirementsProficiency in tools such as Microsoft Office, email communication platforms, and project management softwareAbility to work independently in a remote setting and manage multiple tasks efficientlyPrior experience in the education or study abroad industry is a significant advantageBachelor’s degree in any relevant field or equivalent professional experienceFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages (especially Hindi or Malayalam) is a plus
