Website & Conversion Manager (Funnel / CRO / Execution)Compensation: ₹150,000/month + performance bonusLocation: India (Remote)Reporting line: DirectorBridgegold is a private-client advisory serving international HNWI families seeking residency and citizenship by investment solutions.This role owns everything that happens after the click.The objective is not aesthetics. The objective is conversion into qualified, commercially viable leads through structure, messaging, funnel control and qualification logic.This is not a paid ads role, not a design role and not an SEO-only role. This is a conversion ownership role.RoleYou own Bridgegold’s website, landing pages and funnel.You are responsible for turning traffic into qualified leads that sales can close, not form submissions.You work with paid acquisition, SEO and CRM, but you own conversion and lead quality.Core responsibilitiesWebsite & landing pages• Audit pages for structure, clarity and conversion flow• Fix weak or unclear CTA placement immediately• Align messaging with user intent and commercial positioning• Ensure every page answers “why act now”• Work with SEO to align pages with search intent• Work with developers to implement changes fast• Approve only fully functional, high-quality outputFunnel & conversion• Define full journey from click → lead → qualified lead• Design landing page flows, forms and conversion paths• Define qualification logic (forms, filters, friction points)• Identify where low-quality leads enter and eliminate them• Continuously improve conversion rate and lead qualityExecution standards• Review funnel performance continuously• Identify the weakest step (page, form, message, flow)• Implement direct fixes, not suggestions• Escalate issues immediately when conversion drops• Ensure every change improves either conversion or lead qualityMessaging & creative control• Ensure ads, landing pages and visual creatives remain commercially aligned• Translate business positioning into conversion-focused messaging• Brief and direct designers/video editors with clear execution requirements• Reject weak, inconsistent or low-converting creative output• Maintain premium visual positioning across website and social channels• Ensure social creatives support conversion and lead quality objectivesExecution control• Translate ideas into precise developer tasks• Prioritise changes based on impact• Ensure nothing goes live broken or incomplete• Maintain full control of website quality without relying on othersRequirements• Proven experience improving landing pages and conversion rates• Strong understanding of funnels, user behaviour and intent• Experience working with CRM and lead qualification logic• Ability to brief developers clearly and enforce execution• Experience managing freelancers independently• Strong execution speed and decision-making• Practical, outcome-driven thinkingHard filters• Talks design but not conversion → rejected• Cannot identify weakest funnel step → rejected• No measurable impact from past changes → rejected• Cannot explain one real page improvement → rejectedWhat does not fit• Designers without conversion ownership• Copywriters without funnel understanding• SEO-only profiles• Ads-only profiles• Project managers without marketing judgement• Candidates needing constant directionSelection processCandidates must demonstrate:• ability to audit a real page• ability to identify structural and conversion issues• ability to propose specific, implementable fixes• ability to explain expected impact with reasoning• ability to define exact developer and design tasksNo practical thinking = rejectionNo ownership = rejection
