The company’s focus is to streamline operations and support organizations in achieving their operational goals effectively.RoleCatalog & Pricing Manager (Digital Payments & Services) We are building the operating system for ambitious businesses.We are looking for a Catalog & Pricing Manager to own and optimize the entire product catalog and commercial layer across Peko’s platform.This role sits at the intersection of product, finance, and revenue, ensuring that every product and service listed on Peko is:- Accurate - Competitive - Compliant - Profitable You will be responsible for managing live products such as gift cards, mobile top-ups, bill payments, payment links, and other financial services, with a strong focus on pricing, margins, and unit economics, especially for India.Key Responsibilities Catalog Ownership- Manage and maintain the full catalog of digital products and financial services on Peko - Ensure all listings are accurate, up-to-date, and properly categorized - Own end-to-end product lifecycle from onboarding to optimization Pricing & Unit Economics- Define and continuously optimize pricing, margins, and commissions - Benchmark pricing against competitors and market standards - Ensure every product meets target unit economics and revenue goals Tax & Compliance (India Focus)- Ensure correct application of GST and other applicable taxes - Work closely with finance and compliance teams to maintain regulatory accuracy Product Operations- Coordinate with product and engineering teams for product setup, updates, and launches - Ensure seamless configuration of fees, payment flows, and commercials Performance Monitoring- Track product-level performance (revenue, margins, conversion rates) - Identify underperforming categories and optimize accordingly Cross-functional Collaboration- Work closely with partnerships, finance, and product teams - Act as the single owner for all catalog and pricing-related decisions What We’re Looking For - 3–7 years of experience in: - Marketplace / e-commerce category management - Fintech / payments / prepaid products - SaaS pricing or billing operations - Strong understanding of: - Pricing strategies and margin structures - Unit economics and revenue optimization - India GST and taxation basics (preferred) - Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets, and product systems - Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment What Success Looks Like - 100% accuracy across product catalog - Optimized margins across all product categories - Competitive pricing vs market benchmarks - Zero revenue leakage due to incorrect pricing or tax setup - Scalable catalog operations as Peko grows Why Join Peko - Build and own the monetization layer of a global fintech platform - Work directly on products used by thousands of SMEs - High ownership, high impact role - Opportunity to scale with a fast-growing company backed by strong partners ---If you’re excited about owning pricing, products, and revenue at scale — we’d love to hear from you.
