We’re now layering AI across the stack — from customer interactions to internal dev workflows — to move faster than traditional SaaS.# The role in one sentenceIt's the person who makes sure nothing falls through the cracks while the founder stays in build mode.# What you'll actually do## Customer → Clear Problems (40%)- Turn vague customer complaints into precise, reproducible issues- Extract exact steps, expected vs actual behavior- Produce Linear tickets that require zero clarification## Product → Quality (30%)- Test features before release (happy path + edge cases)- Break things on purpose to catch regressions- Own release readiness from a user perspective## Founder’s Office → Signal (20%)- Identify patterns across customers (not just individual issues)- Surface what actually matters: bugs vs noise vs opportunities- Write weekly insights that influence what we build next## Team → Flow (10%)- Unblock support teams when issues escalate- Ensure nothing falls through the cracks across regions# What makes you a fit## Must-haves- 1–3 years in a fast-paced SaaS environment (support, ops, CS, or founder’s office)- Strong written English — you can write bug reports engineers trust immediately- Structured thinking — you turn chaos into clarity- High ownership — you don’t wait for instructions, you define the next step- Comfortable with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)## Nice-to-haves- Basic SQL (debugging / data checks)- Experience with Linear, Notion, Intercom, or similar tools- Restaurant / food-tech / SMB SaaS exposure- German language (big advantage)## Not a fit if- You need detailed instructions for every task- You prefer planning over execution- You want a pure strategy or PM role# What you'll love- Direct access to the founder — fast decisions, no layers- Real impact — your work affects hundreds of live restaurants daily- Fast loops — customer issue → fix → live within days- AI-native workflow — you’ll work with Claude Code, ChatGPT, and automation daily- Ownership — you’ll run parts of the system, not just tasks- Stability — profitable company, no fundraising pressure# Compensation- ₹3–6 LPA (based on experience + trial task performance)- Performance bonus tied to: - customer satisfaction - release quality- Fully remote- Flexible hours
