Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive (Cybersecurity) to join our growing team. In this role, you will help identify organizations that can benefit from cybersecurity services and support them in understanding how our solutions can strengthen their security posture.You will work closely with security consultants and leadership to engage with potential clients, understand their requirements, and guide them through the process of evaluating cybersecurity solutions such as penetration testing, security assessments, and awareness programs.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead IdentificationResearch organizations across industries such as IT, BFSI, e-commerce, healthcare, and manufacturingIdentify companies that may benefit from cybersecurity assessments and servicesInitiate professional outreach through email, networking, and online platformsSchedule introductory meetings and maintain follow-ups with potential clientsMaintain and track opportunities in the CRM systemClient EngagementUnderstand client environments, compliance requirements, and security concernsConduct introductory discussions and coordinate capability presentations with technical teamsBuild relationships with IT leaders, security teams, and decision makersMaintain ongoing communication with prospects and existing clientsSolution ConsultationIntroduce cybersecurity services including:Penetration TestingVulnerability AssessmentsRed Team ExercisesSecurity Awareness TrainingCloud & Application Security AssessmentsWork with internal security teams to prepare proposals and solution recommendationsCollaboration & ReportingCoordinate with internal security consultants to scope assessmentsMaintain accurate CRM updates for meetings, follow-ups, and opportunitiesShare feedback on industry trends and customer requirementsProvide periodic updates on business development activitiesRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field2–3 years of experience in IT services, SaaS, or cybersecurity business developmentExperience working with B2B clients is preferredBasic understanding of cybersecurity concepts such as vulnerability assessments and penetration testingFamiliarity with CRM tools (Zoho preferred)Experience with professional outreach platforms such as LinkedIn and emailSkillsStrong communication and presentation skillsAbility to build professional relationships with clientsOrganised and proactive approach to opportunity managementSelf-motivated and goal orientedWhy Join UsWork in the rapidly growing cybersecurity industryCollaborate with experienced security professionals and red team specialistsExposure to enterprise security projects and global clientsOpportunity to grow within the cybersecurity domain
