Maple is an India and India-oriented cross-border deal space specialist firm, with a strong ecosystem of seamless delivery from concept to closure.Role DescriptionThe role envisages Deal management and execution, driving thought leadership and select origination and open to candidates with prior experienec in frontline investment bankling. This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi. The Manager will be responsible for deal management across M&A and Private Equity fund raising in addition to select other products. The candidate will be involved in full deal lifecycle from origination to closure . Strong financial modelling, presentation, research and origination skills are important for the role. The position reports to the Managing Director.Key candidate requirementsPrior experience with a frontline Investment bank.
