Job Title: Accounts Payable Intern Location - Panchkula-IndiaFull time - Onsite (Work from Office)Duration: 6 MonthsRole OverviewThe AP Intern will support the Accounts Payable team in managing vendor and employee payments, maintaining payment records, and assisting with day-to-day finance operations.What you’ll do –Assist in processing vendor and employee paymentsUpdate daily payment trackers and payment status logsCheck invoices for basic details (amount, currency, approvals)Coordinate with internal teams for missing documents or clarificationsSupport bank payment uploads and payment follow-upsTrack failed, pending, or delayed payments and flag issuesHelp with basic reconciliations between bank statements and trackersMaintain proper documentation for audit and recordsSupport month-end and ad-hoc payment activitiesRequired SkillsBasic knowledge of Excel / Google SheetsGood communication skills
