Do you have a knack for turning a simple inquiry into a dream wedding celebration? We are looking for a high-energy, process-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Panaji. As the first point of contact for couples looking to tie the knot in paradise, you will bridge the gap between their vision and our world-class execution. This isn't just a desk job—you’ll be managing a high-volume pipeline and showcasing some of the most stunning starred hotels and resorts across Goa. Key Responsibilities Lead Management & CRM Integrity: Keep our engine running smoothly by performing daily updates of all inbound leads. You’ll ensure no detail is missed in our CRM software. Pipeline Execution: Act as a guardian of our brand experience by processing inquiries strictly according to our established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Sales Conversion: Take charge of "Hot Leads." You’ll use your persuasive communication skills to build trust, nurture relationships, and drive clients toward the final closure stage. On-Site Venue Showcasing: Get out of the office to conduct personalized tours of premium luxury hotels. You’ll be the expert guide, helping clients envision their big day at Goa’s most exclusive venues. What We’re Looking For Sales Acumen: You have a "closer" mentality and experience managing a sales funnel for high-value services. Hospitality & Presentation: You are polished, professional, and comfortable interacting with high-net-worth clients at 5-star properties. Technical Proficiency: You’re tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM tools and digital communication platforms. Process-Oriented: You have a sharp eye for detail and the discipline to follow workflows to the letter.
