Job Opening: Junior Associate (0–3 Years PQE)Location: Panjim, GoaPractice Areas: High Court Litigation, Civil Trials and Appeals, Commercial Disputes, Arbitration, Labour and Service matters.About the Role:We are inviting applications for the post of Junior Associate in a dynamic and high-volume litigation practice based in Panjim, Goa. The work involves regular appearances before the High Court of Bombay at Goa, Civil and District Courts across Goa, quasi-judicial authorities, and arbitral tribunals. The role offers hands-on litigation exposure, focused legal research, and active participation in high-stakes matters from day one.Key Responsibilities:Assisting in appearances before the High Court, District Courts, and Tribunals.Drafting pleadings, written submissions, legal notices, and opinions under supervision.Conducting legal research on procedural and substantive issues.Coordinating court filings, diary dates, and case records.Eligibility:LLB from a recognized university.
