Seeking an experienced EHS Lead to oversee Environment, Health & Safety (EHS) operations across two manufacturing plants located in Goa and Pune. The role will be based in Goa and will require frequent travel to Pune.This position reports directly to the Country Head – HR.Role and ResponsibilitiesEHS Leadership & OversightLead and coordinate EHS activities across the Goa and Pune manufacturing plants.Provide guidance, supervision, and direction to plant-level EHS teams.Act as the primary point of accountability for EHS performance across both locations.Statutory Compliance & Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with applicable Factories Act, environmental, and occupational safety regulations.Lead safety audits, risk assessments, incident investigations, and closure of corrective actions.Coordinate with regulatory authorities and support statutory inspections and audits.Safety Culture & Capability BuildingDrive a proactive and disciplined safety culture across manufacturing operations.Conduct and oversee safety trainings, awareness programs, and behavior-based safety initiatives.Partner with plant leadership to embed EHS practices into daily operations.BRS & Sustainability AlignmentSupport EHS-related inputs for Business Responsibility & Sustainability (BRS) reporting.Ensure accurate EHS data management, documentation, and reporting.Contribute to environmental and employee well-being initiatives aligned with sustainability objectivesYou can directly reach out to bharatpant@ for quick response.
