AP Costing Analyst

Role: Costing Analyst Location: Palwal (Plant site) Note: Monday through Saturday (5.5 Days working) Roles & Responsibilities Job Work Transaction Monitoring Reconcile inventory inflow and outflow through job work transactions. Ensure all discrepancies are identified and resolved promptly. WIP GL Review Ensure WIP clearing is zero at the end of each day. Investigate and address any inconsistencies in the WIP GL. Production-Related Queries Respond to production and inventory-related issues. Collaborate with the production team to resolve challenges efficiently. Correction of Inventory Implement inventory corrections such as map changes and stock creation. Ensure system records accurately reflect physical inventory. Material Inventory Reconciliation Conduct regular reconciliation of system-generated inventory reports. Ensure alignment between physical and system records. Skills and Knowledge Min 5 years of experience post qualification in cost accounting or financial analysis. Experience with ERP systems and advanced proficiency in MS Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and under pressure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
