This positions NuVvaGen Bioscience to deliver high-quality products to international markets with a focus on precision and compliance.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Plant Head, based in Palghar. The Plant Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility, ensuring adherence to production schedules, maintaining compliance with quality and regulatory standards, and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, implementing quality control measures, managing plant resources, coordinating maintenance of machinery, and leading efforts for continuous improvement in processes and safety standards.Qualifications- Strong leadership and management skills with experience in supervising and coordinating teams - Expertise in GMP , US FDA , WHO GMP , EU GMP compliance, regulatory standards, and cleanroom operations - Technical knowledge of PLC/VFD-enabled machinery, automation systems, and manufacturing processes - Proficiency in operational planning, resource management, and production scheduling - Problem-solving abilities and experience in driving process improvements - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Experience in the manufacturing or pharmaceutical industry is a strong advantage - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) - Hands-on experience with Capsule-in-Capsule and Liquid-Filled Capsule production lines.-
