We work with corporates, foundations, and individual donors to create lasting impact in rural livelihoods, education, environment, and women empowerment.Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven CSR & Fundraising Executive with hands-on experience in corporate fundraising, CSR partnerships, and proposal development. This role focuses on building strategic relationships with corporates and foundations, driving funding opportunities, and strengthening the organization’s long-term sustainability.Key ResponsibilitiesFundraising & Business Development- Lead fundraising efforts to secure CSR and philanthropic funds from corporates, foundations, and HNIs. - Develop and deliver persuasive funding proposals, concept notes, and presentations tailored to donor requirements. - Create and execute annual fundraising strategies with clear targets and milestones. - Drive renewal and upsell opportunities with existing donors through strong relationship management.Corporate Partnerships- Identify, approach, and engage potential corporate CSR partners aligned with the organization’s thematic focus areas. - Cultivate strategic partnerships and long-term collaborations with CSR heads, foundations, and business leaders. - Represent the organization at CSR networking events, forums, and meetings.Donor Management & Reporting- Maintain accurate donor databases, track funding pipelines, and ensure timely reporting and compliance. - Prepare professional donor reports showcasing measurable outcomes and social impact. - Coordinate internal teams (program, finance, communications) to deliver on donor expectations.Strategic Communication- Support the creation of impactful fundraising collateral (case studies, decks, videos, success stories). - Contribute to donor engagement campaigns and brand-building initiatives.Qualifications & Skills- 1–3 years of proven experience in CSR fundraising, business development, or corporate partnerships (essential). - Demonstrated success in securing and managing CSR funds. - Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Passion for sustainability, rural development, and social impact.Why Join Us?- Be at the forefront of CSR fundraising and partnerships for a high-impact rural development organization. - Work in a peaceful and collaborative environment at Govardhan Eco Village, with food, accommodation, and travel fully covered. - Play a key role in scaling initiatives that bring tangible, measurable change to rural communities.Additional DetailsSeniority Level: AssociateIndustry: Non-Profit / CSR / SustainabilityEmployment Type: Full-time (1-year contractual)Job Functions: Fundraising | Partnerships | CSR Business Development
