This enables the company to produce premium products for global markets with a commitment to quality and innovation.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site Microbiologist role located in Palghar. The Microbiologist will conduct routine microbiological analysis and testing, ensure compliance with quality control and quality assurance protocols, and operate specialized laboratory equipment. Responsibilities also include analyzing samples to monitor contamination, maintaining detailed records, and adhering to regulatory guidelines and safety protocols within the laboratory setting.QualificationsTo Conduct routine microbiological testing of raw materials, intermediates, and finished productsPerform environmental monitoring of laboratory and manufacturing areasResponsible for the preparation of SOP, specifications, MOA and method validationDevelop and validate new microbiological test methods.Evaluate and interpret microbiological test results and make recommendations for actionAssist with the investigation of microbiological excursions and deviationsMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all microbiological testing and resultsContribute to the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other quality control documentationTo have knowledge of  regulatory requirements in pharmaceutical microbiology area.Responsible for Equipment qualification, calibration of laboratory instruments.Responsible for testing of water system qualification.Responsible for Environmental monitoring of areas.Responsible for inventory Management.
