Job Title: AI Agent Developer – Microsoft Copilot Employment Type: Full-Time Work Mode: Remote (US Shift)About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on AI Agent Developer to build, deploy, and drive adoption of Microsoft Copilot agents for enterprise clients. This is a delivery-focused role where you will work closely with business users to automate workflows and improve operational efficiency.You will engage directly with non-technical teams across operations, logistics, sales, and finance, translating their manual processes into scalable AI-driven solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGather requirements from business users and identify automation opportunitiesBuild and deploy agents using Microsoft Copilot StudioDesign conversation flows, prompts, triggers, and integrationsDevelop Power Automate workflows (SharePoint, email, APIs, etc.)Integrate agents with enterprise systems (SharePoint, Salesforce, Oracle, APIs)Test, debug, and optimize agent performanceDrive user adoption through training and documentationTrack use cases, performance, and provide regular stakeholder updatesMust-Have SkillsHands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio (end-to-end builds)Strong expertise in Power Automate and Microsoft 365 ecosystemPrompt engineering experience with GPT modelsAPI integration (REST, custom connectors, OAuth)Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder communication skillsGood to HaveAzure AI Services (Azure OpenAI, Cognitive Services, AI Search)Salesforce integrationsOCR / Intelligent Document ProcessingExposure to multi-model environments (Claude, Gemini, etc.)Domain experience in logistics, supply chain, or sales operationsIdeal CandidateBackground in Power Platform or consulting (Big 4 / SI / boutique firms)Comfortable working with both business stakeholders and technical toolsStrong problem-solving mindset with rapid prototyping approachExperience in US client-facing environments preferred
