Senior Visualizer

Role OverviewA Senior Visualizer is responsible for translating creative concepts into compelling visual designs across digital and print platforms. This role requires strong design expertise, creative thinking, and the ability to lead visual storytelling for campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop high-quality visual concepts for digital campaigns, social media, websites, and branding.Collaborate with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to bring ideas to life.Lead the design process from concept to execution.Ensure consistency in brand identity across all visual outputs.Create designs for:Social media creativesAd campaigns (Google, Meta, etc.)Website layouts and landing pagesEmailers and bannersMentor junior designers and review their work.Stay updated with design trends, tools, and industry standards.Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.Required SkillsStrong proficiency in:Adobe PhotoshopAdobe IllustratorAdobe After Effects / Premiere Pro (preferred)Good understanding of:TypographyColor theoryLayout and compositionKnowledge of UI/UX basics is a plus.Ability to think creatively and conceptually.Strong attention to detail.Experience & Qualifications2+ years of experience in a creative/design rolePrior experience in a digital marketing agency preferredStrong portfolio showcasing creative work across platformsBachelor’s degree in Design, Fine Arts, or related field (preferred)
