About the RoleAtoa is looking for a data-driven Data Generation Specialist to act as the architect behind our outbound engine. Your mission is simple: ensure our SDRs never have to worry about who to call, only how to close.You will be responsible for building, cleaning, and enriching high-intensity calling lists by leveraging a sophisticated tech stack. If you enjoy /"playing with data,/" connecting platforms via APIs, and turning raw lists into goldmines for sales teams, this is your role.Budget - Upto 8 LPAWhat You’ll DoData Architecture: Build and maintain the master prospecting lists for our SDR team, ensuring a constant flow of high-quality leads.Tech Stack Mastery: Expertly navigate and utilize Lusha, Apollo, Surfe, and Endole to extract and verify contact data.Automation & Integration: Use APIs to connect our data tools, streamlining the flow of information and reducing manual export/import tasks.Excel Wizardry: Use advanced MS Excel (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Cleaning) to merge datasets, remove duplicates, and format lists for immediate use in our dialer/CRM.Lead Quality Control: Monitor bounce rates and connection rates to ensure the data provided to SDRs is accurate and /"hot./"What We’re Looking ForThe Tools: Proven experience with either of Apollo, Lusha, Surfe is a must.The Technical Edge: You aren't just a user; you understand how to leverage APIs to make different software talk to each other.Excel Expertise: You are highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable managing large, complex datasets.SDR Context: You understand the life of an SDR. You know what a /"good list/" looks like (direct dials, verified emails, correct job titles).Detail-Oriented: You have a /"measure twice, cut once/" mentality when it comes to data integrity.
