MEP Manager

Role Summary:Responsible for planning, coordinating, executing and handing over all mechanical, electrical and plumbing works in MPCES project, within time, cost and quality targets.Key Responsibilities / Main Task:- Design coordination in Pre-construction / Tender stage along with Project Consultants - Review DBR, Tender Documents and schematic drawings - Supporting QS / Contracts to prepare the detailed BOQ / cost estimates - Coordination with immediate team like electrical, Mechanical, Fire Fighting, HVAC system, solar System and Plumbing and Drainage. - Co-ordinating with contractors for day-to-day site activities. - Daily and weekly report submission to project head and periodical review - Arranging weekly review meeting with all contractor / Vendor and circulate MOM - Review of Drawings for Constructability, Raising queries in drawings - Follow up on all site related contractor deliverables daily, on site supervision and coordination - Certification of bills (Contractor / Vendor) along with Contracts & Billing team - Monitoring Checklist - Regular monitoring of Quality & Safety Management - Participating in Vendor technical review meetingEducation Qualification:BE / BTech (Mechanical Engg / Electrical Engg)Experience:10 to 12 Years in Commercial / Academic Building experience preferred
