Technical Sales Engineer

Traditionally a sales & marketing organization, RKB is steadily evolving towards engineering consulting, offering clients not just products but complete solutions.Key Responsibilities Develop and manage sales opportunities across core industries (Steel, Cement, Mining, Ports, Power, Oil & Gas). Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring trust and repeat business. Provide technical guidance and support during the sales cycle – presentations, demos, and application advice. Collaborate with clients and RKB’s internal teams to deliver solution-oriented sales. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documentation. Conduct regular market research to identify customer needs and competitor activity. Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM records. Contribute to RKB’s reputation as not just a supplier, but a consulting partner for industriesQualifications Diploma / B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering. 3–7 years in B2B technical sales, ideally in industrial products or capital equipment. Technical understanding of mechanical/industrial equipment Strong communication & negotiation abilities Solution-oriented approach (beyond product selling) Stability-focused mindset, aiming to grow with the company for 5+ years.
