Performance Marketing   Sheopal's, a leading Ayurvedic & Health-Wellness D2C brand, is hiring a PPC Ads Manager with strong hands-on experience in Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Native Ads (Taboola, MGID, TrafficStars, ExoClick). The ideal candidate must be performance-driven and capable of scaling high-budget campaigns profitably within the Ayurvedic/health & wellness or Nutraceuticals niche.  Key Responsibilities -Manage & optimize Google Search, Display, PMax, YouTube-Run high-ROI Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) -Execute & scale Native Ads: Taboola, MGID, RevContent, TrafficStars, ExoClick -Create & test landing pages, funnels & creative -Daily monitoring of CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC & conversions -Handle ad budgets of ₹50k– ₹3L/day -Improve quality of leads & drive revenue growth -Report performance insights to management  Required Skills  4–7 yrs experience in performance marketing Strong knowledge of Meta, Google & Native networks (Mandatory) Experience in high-volume D2C/eCommerce campaigns Good understanding of pixels, tracking, GTM, UTMs Strong analytical & Excel skills Experience with adult/native traffic (TrafficStars/ExoClick) is a plus  Preferred Industry Ayurveda / Wellness / Nutraceutical/Beauty/Personal Care D2C brands or agencies managing large budgets  What we offer High-growth performance-driven environment Attractive salary + performance incentives Opportunity to run massive budgets & scale nationwide
