About the RoleTechmagnate is looking for an experienced Key Account Director to lead client relationships,drive strategic growth, and ensure the highest levels of delivery excellence. You will be thetrusted advisor for CXO-level stakeholders, responsible for client retention, upselling, anddelivering measurable ROI through digital solutions.Key Responsibilities● Client Relationship Management○ Act as the primary point of contact for senior client stakeholders(CXO/VP/Director-level).○ Build long-term partnerships and position Techmagnate as a strategicgrowth partner.● Strategic Account Growth○ Identify opportunities to expand business through cross-selling and upsellingof SEO, PPC, Paid Media, Content, Social Media, and Automation services.○ Own account P&L and revenue targets for top enterprise accounts.● Business & Delivery Oversight○ Work with internal teams (SEO, PPC, Content, Design, Analytics) to ensureworld-class execution.○ Oversee delivery KPIs, ensuring campaigns drive ROI and align with clientobjectives.● Leadership & Mentorship○ Lead a team of Account Managers and Executives, fostering a culture ofclient-first thinking.○ Provide mentorship and guidance to build client servicing excellence.● Insights & Advisory○ Analyze industry trends, competitors, and performance data to presentactionable insights.○ Consult clients on digital transformation and performance-driven marketingstrategies.What We’re Looking For● 12–16 years of experience in digital marketing, advertising, or consulting firms,handling enterprise-level accounts.● Proven track record of managing multi-million INR accounts and achieving revenuegrowth.● Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, content marketing, and analytics.● Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage CXO-leveldecision-makers.● Business acumen with ownership of P&L, revenue targets, and account expansion.● Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.● Ability to manage and inspire a team towards excellence.
