Job Title: Alliance ManagerLocation:Delhi / NCR Experience Required:Around 10 Years Industry:IT / Software Sales Budget:18lpa to 20lpaAbout the Role: We are seeking an experienced and result-orientedAlliance Managerto drive large software and solutions business through strategic partnerships withSystem Integrators (SIs)andOEMs . The ideal candidate should have a strong background in enterprise software sales, alliance management, and building long-term business relationships that generate significant revenue.Key Responsibilities: Build and nurture strategic relationships withlarge System Integrators (SIs)andOEMsto generate joint business opportunities. Responsible fordriving large software and solution dealsthrough SI and OEM partnerships. Develop and executego-to-market strategiesin collaboration with partners to expand market reach. Identify, onboard, and manage key alliances to strengthen the organization’s partner ecosystem. Work closely with internal sales, technical, and pre-sales teams to create and deliver joint value propositions. Manage end-to-end partner engagement — from relationship development to deal execution. Monitor partner performance and ensure achievement of sales and revenue targets. Track market developments, competitor alliances, and emerging technologies to recommend strategic initiatives. Represent the company in partner events, joint marketing activities, and strategic business reviews.Required Qualifications & Skills: Education:B.Tech / B.E. Experience:Around 10 years inSoftware / SaaS Alliance Management or Channel Sales . Proven track record inmanaging large software and solutions dealsthrough alliances with SIs and OEMs. Strong experience inpartner relationship and ecosystem management . Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills . Strong understanding ofenterprise software sales cyclesand partnership models. Ability to work bothindependently and collaborativelywith cross-functional teams.
