Location: North Goa Experience: 0–2 Years Employment Type: Full-Time We’re looking for a sharp and driven Billing & Estimation Site Engineer to join our dynamic team working on boutique luxury villa developments in Goa. CTC - 1.8L to 2.64L Key Responsibilities : Prepare Bill of Quantities (BOQs) and cost estimates for civil and interior works Support billing processes - measurement verification, contractor billing, and reconciliation Collaborate with site teams for timely and accurate work progress reports Analyze and interpret AutoCAD drawings and convert them into quantifiable estimates Create basic 3D visuals using Google SketchUp for presentation or estimation support Monitor material usage and assist in project budgeting and cost control Ensure proper documentation and maintain records for audit and project closure Qualification & Requirement: Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering 0–2 years of experience in real estate or construction projects Proficiency in AutoCAD, Google SketchUp, and BOQ preparation Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Basic understanding of construction processes and materials Willingness to work on-site and coordinate with multiple teams Effective communication and reporting skills
