Guest Coordinator – Branded Content

Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Guest Coordinator to manage end-to-end guest and speaker coordination for branded content shoots, special episodes, interviews, integrations, and network IPs.Key Responsibilities:* Coordinate guest bookings for branded content shoots, interviews, special series, conclaves, and events* Liaise with internal teams, PR agencies, talent managers, speaker offices, and brand stakeholders* Manage guest outreach, confirmations, scheduling, briefing, and logistics* Maintain and update a strong database of speakers, experts, creators, and industry guests* Ensure smooth pre-shoot and on-ground coordination for all guest appearances* Manage backup options and last-minute scheduling changes efficiently* Support the team in identifying relevant guests based on content themes, industries, and campaign requirementsRequirements:* 5–6 years of experience in guest coordination, talent relations, speaker management, production coordination, or branded content operations* Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills* Good network across PR agencies, talent managers, speaker bureaus, and industry contacts* Ability to manage multiple shoots and timelines in a fast-paced environment* Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets / scheduling workflows* Prior experience in media, branded content, events, production, or digital content preferred
