About the RoleMacgence is looking for passionate storytellers and script reviewers who can evaluate movie/OTT scripts and episodes across genres. You will assess content quality, analyze narrative structure, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high standards in creative evaluation.Key Responsibilities- Review and analyze scripts and OTT episodes across genres. - Evaluate storyline, plot structure, dialogues, character development, originality, and engagement. - Provide clear, structured feedback and written rationales. - Collaborate with the QA and content team on evaluation quality. - Maintain data accuracy and confidentiality at all times. - Senior role includes guiding/mentoring junior evaluators and ensuring consistency.Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in: - Literature - Film Studies - Mass Communication - Screenwriting - Creative writing or related fieldsExperience Requirements:- Senior: 3–5 years in script evaluation/creative writing/fiction/story analysis/publishing/ UGC writing. - Intern: 1–2 years (projects, internships, or academic exposure also considered).Skills & Traits We Value- Strong understanding of screenplay structure and storytelling elements. - Excellent written communication & analytical skills. - High attention to detail and ability to work with deadlines. - Passion for films, OTT content, and storytelling. - SWA membership (preferred for senior roles).Why Join Us✨ Work on diverse global creative projects✨ Exposure to high-quality film & OTT content✨ Learn from experienced script evaluators✨ A creative, collaborative, and growth-focused environmentJob Types: Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, FreelanceWork Location: Remote
