The ideal candidate should be able to identify breaking stories, simplify complex tech topics, write engaging news articles in Kannada and help grow Digit’s regional presence.Key responsibilities:- Write accurate, timely and engaging daily tech news articles in Kannada. - Track breaking stories, product launches, policy updates and industry developments. - Translate and adapt content from English to Kannada while retaining meaning and context. - Collaborate with editors to maintain Digit’s editorial standards and tone. - Optimise articles for SEO and social platforms. - Contribute ideas for story angles, explainers and trend-based content./Requirements- Strong command of written Kannada with excellent grammar and clarity. - 1–4 years of experience in journalism/digital writing/regional news writing. - Passion for technology, gadgets and digital trends. - Ability to work in a fast-paced news environment with quick turnaround times. - Basic understanding of SEO and digital content trends.
