We’re hiring a Video Editor cum Producer who can take a brief and own the entire film-making pipeline—from moodboards and AI concept samples to stock-led builds, original shoots, and final master deliveries. If you think in shots, sequences, and story beats—and love using modern AI to move faster without losing craft—this is for you.Roles & Responsibilities1) Pre-Production: From Idea to Plan- Translate scripts into visual treatments, moodboards, lookboards, reference frames, and rough AI concept samples and animatics to align on tone and pace early. - Build shot lists, schedules, and light call-sheets; identify where stock footage can elevate or accelerate. - Scout and coordinate small–mid scale shoots (locations, talent, DOPs, gear vendors).2) Production: Getting the Footage Right- Oversee shoots to ensure frames match the approved treatment and brand guidelines. - Ensure clean audio capture and consistent lighting for efficient post.3) Post-Production: Edit to Emotion- Edit end-to-end: assembly to fine cut to sound design to mix to color correction/grade to master. - Integrate motion graphics & tasteful VFX (titles, lower-thirds, transitions, data callouts, logo stings). - Deliver platform-specific versions (16:9, 1:1, 9:16; subtitles; safe-margins; loudness and codec specs). - Maintain version control, naming, backups, and a tidy project structure.4) AI-Integration- Use modern AI tools for ideation boards, quick animatics, rotoscoping/cleanup, upscaling, voice/captions, and performance passes to be able to deliver speed with quality. - Present AI previews to clients to get faster approval on the concept before full production.5) Non-Video Storytelling- Own static deliverables: social posts, GIFs, carousels, and infographics. - Build simple, on-brand layouts and data visuals that complement each video campaign. - Ensure visual consistency across video and non-video assets.6) Client-Facing & Creative Leadership- Present treatments, edits, and style options with clarity; counsel and consult on narrative and platform choices. - Guide junior editors and designers on craft, consistency, and hygiene.Formats & Deliverables- Short-form: 30s / 60s / 120s brand & social films, promos, explainers. - Mid/Long-form: leadership interviews, case films, event AVs. - Documentary/features: longer narrative piecesTool Capability- Editing: Adobe Premiere Pro (core) - Motion/VFX: After Effects (core) - Design: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva - Color & Audio: DaVinci Resolve (for color) + Adobe Audition (for mix) - AI (as needed): Runway (concepts/cleanups), Whisper (captions), Midjourney/DALL·E (boards) - Collab/Review: Frame.io (or Google Drive) with disciplined naming & versioningDesired Candidate Profile- Experience: 4–8 years in video editing/producing for brands, agencies, studios,; portfolio showing script-to-screen ownership. - Editing craft: Strong in narrative edits, pacing, sound design, color correction/grade, and finishing for web/social/event screens. - AI fluency: Practical use of AI for boards/animatics, clean-ups, upscaling, captions/voice—focused on speed without sacrificing quality. - Communication: Excellent English; confident presenter who can explain choices, take feedback, and counsel clients/stakeholders. - Organization: Reliable with timelines, tidy project files, version control, and the ability to manage multiple parallel projects. - Versitality: Ability to create simple infographics/GIFs/static posts (Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma) to support campaigns.What We Offer- High-impact work with leading Indian corporates across formats—30s, 60s, 120s, long-form interviews, case films, and documentaries. - A studio-meets-newsroom culture: fast, collaborative, standards-driven, and story-first. - Growth runway in a niche, high-value space at the intersection of brand storytelling, strategy, and modern AI workflows.Location: Noida (Sector 142), Delhi-NCRType: Full-time roleHow to ApplySend your résumé and works sample showreel to jobs@ with subject: Video Editor cum Producer – Your Name.Please include 2–3 projects with a line on the brief, your role, tools used, and one example each of:- a stock-only or stock-heavy build, and - a motion-graphics-led film (before/after board or AI concept sample is a plus).
