In this role, you will work cross-functionally to ensure project workflows, resources, reporting, and systems are optimized for success across all teams. You'll play a key role in developing processes, solving bottlenecks, and ensuring high-quality project execution at scale.Key Responsibilities: Project Operations & Delivery Oversee operational activities across multiple projects, supporting project managers and teams to ensure timely delivery. Create and refine project workflows, templates, and frameworks. Track project performance and ensure adherence to operational standards. Monitor key project metrics and resources to identify risks or opportunities. Process Optimization Evaluate and enhance project delivery processes to drive efficiency and quality. Standardize operational practices and documentation across teams. Implement tools and systems for better project visibility and collaboration. Resource & Capacity Planning Collaborate with department leads to forecast project resource needs. Manage project staffing plans and coordinate resource allocation. Track capacity and resolve resourcing conflicts when they arise. Reporting & Analytics Develop project dashboards and reports for leadership. Analyze data to uncover improvement areas and promote fact-based decision-making. Present insights and recommendations to senior management. Collaboration & Leadership Act as the liaison between project teams, operations, finance, and leadership. Facilitate project reviews, retrospectives, and schedules. Support change management efforts tied to new systems and processes.Key Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and decision-making abilities. Excellent project management and organizational skills. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data interpretation and reporting. Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities. Proficiency in MS Excel, Power BI, or project management tools Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field 12-15 years of experience in business operations, project delivery, or related domains. Proven success in managing cross-functional operations and large-scale projects. Experience in process optimization, performance management, and delivery oversight.
