We pride ourselves on collaboration, agility, and the delivery of scalable, high-performance technologies that keep pace with the dynamic AdTech landscape.About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive Business Development Manager based in Argentina to help expand our partnerships with advertisers in India and global countries.This role focuses on building a strong pipeline through outbound outreach and industry networking. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys identifying new partners, starting conversations, and turning connections into long-term collaborations.You will work closely with internal teams to introduce our advertising solutions and onboard new partners.ResponsibilitiesProactively identify and connect with advertisers and performance agencies Conduct daily outreach through LinkedIn, email, Telegram communities, and other networking channelsBuild and manage a strong sales pipelineSchedule meetings and introduce our advertising solutions to potential partnersDevelop relationships with media buyers, agencies, and advertiser teamsSupport the onboarding process for new partners and coordinate internally with operations teamsMaintain long-term relationships and help grow advertiser spend over timeExplore creative ways to find partners, including industry communities, social platforms, and eventsRequirements2-3 years of experience in AdTech, performance marketing, affiliate marketing, or digital advertisingStrong outbound sales or partnership development mindsetComfortable doing high-volume outreach and networkingExcellent English skillsSelf-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environmentNice to HaveAdditional language fluencyExperience working with advertisers or performance agencies in numerous countriesExisting connections with advertisers or media buying teamsRussian language skills are a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary + performance-based commissionFully remote working environmentOpportunity to grow with an international AdTech companyDirect exposure to the global digital advertising ecosystemIdeal Candidate: Enjoys building pipeline and starting new conversationsIs creative in finding potential partners and opportunitiesIs proactive and comfortable reaching out to new peopleWants to grow in the AdTech and performance marketing industryOrange Storm is proud to be an equal-opportunity employer.
