Headquartered in India, our team comprises visionary entrepreneurs and adept developers united in the mission to foster a fraud-free digital landscape in India, establishing a robust and secure digital financial infrastructure.RESPONSIBILITIES● Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop and execute partnership strategies aligned with business objectives.● Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions.● Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technology, operations, compliance, and marketing, to ensure the successful implementation and integration of banking and financial partnerships.● Facilitate regular communication and coordination among teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.● Oversee the integration of banking and financial services within our systems, ensuring a seamless and user-friendly experience for our customers.●Troubleshoot and address any operational challenges related to external partnerships, collaborating with internal teams for swift resolutions.●Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to ensure that all banking and financial partnerships comply with regulatory requirements.● Implement risk mitigation strategies and monitor compliance throughout the partnership lifecycle.Qualifications and Skills:●Degree in business, finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.●Proven experience of 1+ Years in partnership management within the banking and financial services sector.●Strong understanding of the Fintech Understanding.●Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.●Ability to navigate complex relationships and drive collaborative efforts in a cross-functional environment.●Familiarity with regulatory requirements and risk management in the financial industry.Preferred Qualifications●Experience in Fintech or SaaS industries is highly preferred.●Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (such as GDPR, PCI DSS, etc.) and fraud detection algorithms is a plus.
