This role sits at the intersection ofsupport, retention, and revenue . You’ll be the voice of Lea—before and after the purchase.Key Responsibilities Customer Support Handle customer queries viaWhatsApp, Instagram DMs, email, and calls Assist with sizing, fit, styling, personalization (charms), and order-related questions Resolve delivery issues, exchanges, and returns smoothly Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for order follow-ups Sales & Conversion Convert inbound queries into purchases through confident, friendly selling Upsell where relevant (personalization, bundles, higher AOV) Follow up on abandoned carts and warm leads Support ongoing offers, launches, and sale campaigns Post-Purchase Experience Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat purchases Handle complaints empathetically and professionally Collect and share customer feedback with the teamWhat We're Looking For 1–3 years experience incustomer service, sales, or D2C fashion brands Excellent written and spoken English(Hindi a plus) Strong communication skills with awarm, calm, solution-first approach Sales mindset without being pushy Comfortable using WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Shopify, CRM tools Ability to multitask and manage high-volume conversations during salesMust-Have Traits Customer-first mindset Clear communicator Detail-oriented Empathetic but firm when needed Loves fashion, styling, and helping women feel confidentNice To Have Experience infashion / apparel / lifestyle brands Familiarity with personalization, sizing support, or styling assistance Understanding of D2C metrics like AOV, conversion rate, repeat rateWhat You'll Get Work with a fast-growing, design-led brand Direct impact on customer happiness and revenue Learning exposure across support, sales, and retention Supportive, founder-driven team cultureHow to Apply Send your CV and a short note onwhy you’d be a great fit for Leato: darpan@
