The ideal candidate must have their own vehicle (mandatory) anda proven track record in achieving sales targets. This role involves client acquisition, relationshipmanagement, property presentations and closing deals.Key Responsibilities* Generate leads through various channels ( cold calls, site visits, etc.)* Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties* Arrange and conduct site visits, property showings and project presentations* Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction* Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets* Stay updated with market trends, competitors and property values* Collaborate with the sales and marketing team for lead conversion* Handle post-sales documentation and supportRequirements* Minimum 0.5 year of experience in real estate sales (mandatory)* Own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler)* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills* Strong client handling skills and ability to close deals* Good knowledge of the Noida real estate market (preferred)* Basic proficiency in MS Office and CRM toolsPerks and Benefits* Attractive incentive structure* Opportunity to work with a growing brand in the real estate sector* Professional growth and training opportunities.
