The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for managing client relationships, generating leads, following up on inquiries, and developing impactful sales strategies to meet targets. Daily tasks will also include conducting market research, providing clients with tailored property solutions, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction through seamless service.Qualifications- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and close deals. - Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and lead generation. - Knowledge of the real estate market and trends within the residential, commercial, and investment sectors. - Problem-solving and decision-making abilities combined with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects. - Experience with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is an advantage. - A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally. - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or a related field is preferred.
