The selected candidate will be responsible for identifying potential healthcare clients (clinics, practices, providers), reaching out through outbound channels, qualifying leads, and supporting deal closures for RCM services.This is a hands-on sales role, not a managerial position.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Lead Generation- Identify and research potential U.S. and Canada -based healthcare providers (doctors, clinics, practices). - Use tools such as Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms to build prospect lists. - Execute outbound sales activities via email, calls, and LinkedIn outreach.RCM / Medical Billing Sales- Present ProCare RCM’s Revenue Cycle Management and Medical Billing services to prospects. - Clearly explain RCM services, benefits, and value proposition to healthcare providers. - Qualify leads and schedule meetings or demos with decision-makers. - Support the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.CRM & Sales Tracking- Maintain accurate records of leads, outreach, and follow-ups in CRM systems. - Track sales activities, pipeline status, and outcomes. - Share regular updates on outreach and conversion progress.Coordination & Follow-Ups- Coordinate with internal operations or RCM delivery teams as needed during sales discussions. - Follow up consistently with prospects to move deals forward. - Ensure smooth handover of closed clients to the operations team.Preferred Experience & Skills- 2–5 years of experience in RCM sales, medical billing sales, or healthcare B2B sales. - Clear understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and medical billing processes. - Experience selling services to U.S. healthcare providers is strongly preferred. - Hands-on experience using Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar lead generation tools. - Good spoken and written English. - Comfortable with outbound sales, cold outreach, and follow-ups. - Target-driven, disciplined, and persistent. - Ability to work onsite and collaborate with internal teams.What This Role Is / Is NotThis role IS:- Sales and business development focused - Target-oriented - Client-facing (U.S. market)This role is NOT:- A managerial role - A clinical or coding role - An operations or delivery roleWhy Join ProCare RCM- Opportunity to work in the U.S. healthcare services market - Clear sales-focused role with growth potential - Structured environment with support from leadership and operations - Long-term opportunity with a growing RCM business
