Job Title: Accounts Executive (Export experience for goods is must)Location: B-60, Noida Sector 65Experience: 2+ yearsEmployment Type: Full-timeJob Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Accounts Executive to manage the company’s financial records, statutory compliances, and reporting activities. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in bookkeeping, taxation, and financial reporting, with strong knowledge of accounting principles and government filings.Key Responsibilities:-Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure all financial records are updated on time.-Handle export documentation including invoices, shipping bills, and bank-related documentation.-Prepare and file GST returns, TDS filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.-Process and manage monthly salary calculations and payroll-related compliance.-Generate MIS reports to support management with accurate financial insights.-Reconcile accounts, manage payables and receivables, and assist in periodic audits.-(Optional) Manage and maintain accounting data using Zoho Books or similar accounting software.Required Skills & Qualifications:-Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance or related field.-Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, taxation, and reporting.-Strong knowledge of Tally / Zoho / Excel and accounting principles.-Familiarity with GST, TDS, and payroll compliances.-Good analytical skills and attention to detail.-Ability to manage deadlines and work independently.Preferred Skills:-Experience in export-related documentation and processes.-Working knowledge of Zoho Books or other cloud-based accounting tools.Interested candidates can share their resume at hr@
