The candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, presenting our digital marketing services, and generating qualified leads for the business.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company services. - Generate leads and schedule meetings for the sales team. - Maintain and update client database with accurate details and follow-up status. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication. - Understand client requirements and provide suitable service information. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead-generation targets. - Prepare call reports and maintain records in CRM tools or Excel sheets.Required Skills & Qualifications:- Minimum 0- 0.6 months of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support. - Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi. - Ability to handle client queries and maintain a positive attitude. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools). - Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
