The ideal candidate is confident, customer-centric, and passionate about financial protection solutions. You will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate insurance products.Key Responsibilities : Identify and generate new leads through networking, referrals, events, and outbound calling.Meet potential clients to understand their financial needs and insurance requirements.Present and recommend suitable life, health, and investment-based insurance solutions.Follow up with leads to ensure conversions and client satisfaction.Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for renewals and cross-selling.Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.Prepare proposals, maintain sales records, and update CRM systems.Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and company offerings.Qualifications & SkillsGraduate in any discipline (MBA/Finance is a plus).1–3 years of experience in sales (insurance/finance background preferred).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a target-driven environment.Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships.Attractive salary (fixed + performance incentives).Monthly bonuses for target achievements.
