Ltd. The role involves reaching out to potential customers, explaining our financial services, and generating leads/sales through outbound calling.Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads. - Explain products and services clearly and professionally. - Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions. - Maintain call logs, customer details, and follow-up records. - Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. - Build good customer relationships and ensure a high level of service.Required Skills:- Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to handle customer queries confidently. - Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM usage preferred). - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.Eligibility:- Freshers welcome. - Candidates with up to 1 year of telesales/telecalling experience preferred.Work Type:- Full-time (On-site) - Immediate joiners preferred.
