Job Title: Salesforce AdministratorLocation: NoidaExperience: 5–7 YearsShift: 07:00 PM to 04:00 AM IST (US Shift)Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to manage and optimize our Salesforce environment. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in system configuration, user management, automation, and supporting business users in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities- Administer and maintain Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud). - Manage users, profiles, roles, permissions, and security settings. - Configure workflows, process builders, flows, validation rules, and automation. - Handle data management including data imports, exports, and cleansing. - Create and manage reports, dashboards, and analytics. - Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams. - Perform regular system audits, backups, and health checks. - Troubleshoot Salesforce issues and provide timely user support. - Manage releases, sandbox environments, and change management. - Ensure best practices in Salesforce governance and compliance.Required Skills & Qualifications- 5–7 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience. - Strong understanding of Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. - Experience with Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder, and Validation Rules. - Strong knowledge of reports, dashboards, and data management tools. - Experience with integrations and AppExchange applications is a plus. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Salesforce Admin Certification is preferred.Good to Have- Experience supporting US-based teams. - Exposure to Agile/Scrum environments. - Basic knowledge of Apex and SOQL.
