Customer Success Executive - Inside Sales Location: Noida Timings: Monday to Saturday | 10:00 AM - 7:00 PMCompany Overview: SIHO Research is a cutting-edge stock research and analytics firm providing high-quality, data-driven investment insights. We leverage technology, including AI, ML, and fundamental and technical analysis, to evaluate and execute investment opportunities.Role Overview: We're seeking a Sales and Customer Growth Executive who is energetic, driven, and confident in building human connections. As a consultative sales professional, you'll guide professionals in taking control of their financial future through our platform.Key Responsibilities:- Sales and Relationship Management: - Drive sales as an individual contributor - Establish and manage relationships with clients - Build strong partnerships with clients to ensure operational cohesion and future growth- Client Engagement: - Engage with inbound leads via webinar, WhatsApp, LinkedIn and Lead Generation - Guide prospects through our investing system, pricing plans, and onboarding process - Follow up on dormant leads and re-engage cold prospects with empathy and insight- Required Skills: - 6 months to 2 years of experience in sales in the finance industry - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field - Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills - Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google SlidesWhat We Offer:- On-job training and experience in Inside Sales module - Compensation: up to ₹2.3 Lakhs to ₹3 Lakhs
