Travel Sales Executive (USA Process)Location:Noida / Work From Office Shift:US Shift (Night Shift) Job Type:Full-time About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced and dynamicTravel Sales Executiveto join our USA travel process. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in selling flight tickets, handling inbound/outbound travel inquiries, and closing high-value sales in a fast-paced environment. Key ResponsibilitiesHandleincoming and outgoing callsfrom US customers regarding flight bookings, reservations, date changes, and cancellations. Sellflight tickets (domestic & international)using GDS (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo). Provide the best available fares, alternative travel options, and upsell relevant services. Convert leads into successful bookings withhigh closing ratio . Ensureaccuracywhile issuing, reissuing, voiding, and refunding tickets. Maintain excellentcustomer serviceand deliver a professional experience. Meet and exceed monthlysales targetsand KPIs. Keep up-to-date with airline rules, policies, and promotional fares. Follow company compliance and quality guidelines. Required Skills & ExperienceMinimum 1–3 yearsof experience in US travel sales (flight sales required). Strong knowledge ofGDS platformslike Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo. Excellentcommunication skillswith a clear and fluent accent. Proven track record ofhigh conversionsand achieving sales targets. Ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Must not be involved in any fraudulent process in past roles.
