Role DescriptionWe are looking for aFull-time Hybrid B2B Sales Executiveto join our team. The role requires working2 days from the office in Sector 134, Noida , and the remaining days remotely.The ideal candidate will havea minimum of 1 year of prior experience in B2B sales , preferably within the FMCG sector. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth, identifying and pursuing new opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role involvesextensive calling to Indian and international businessesto generate leads, present products, and close deals. A proactive, target-driven professional with strong communication and negotiation skills is essential for success.Key Responsibilities: ConductB2B sales callsto bothIndian and international clientsfor promoting FMCG products. Identify and develop new business opportunities and partnerships. Generate qualified leads through outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Manage the entire sales process — from lead generation to deal closure. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction. Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Consistently meet and exceed assigned sales targets.Qualifications: Minimum 1 year of prior experienceinB2B Sales , preferably in theFMCG industry . Hands-on experience incold calling and lead generationfor Indian and international markets. Excellentcommunication, persuasion, and negotiationskills. Strong understanding ofsales strategies, client acquisition, and account management . Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently. Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office applications. Bachelor’s degree inBusiness, Marketing, or a related fieldpreferred.
