Many are sports fans, who are unusually fanatic passionate.Please read our culture & values before applying: watch our culture video here: Culture at BSAt Buffalo Soldiers, we:- take our business seriously, but not ourselves - believe intelligence, attitude, and energy often trump experienceLove chess as much as you love managing chaos?We're looking for someone who can juggle clients, teams, and tight deadlines — and still know the difference between a Sicilian Defense and a Queen's Gambit.If you can talk strategy both on the chessboard and in a client meeting, this gig's for you.What You'll Do:- Be the bridge between our clients and internal teams — own the communication, coordination, and calm. - Manage all things chess — events, campaigns, shoots, and last-minute "can we do this by tomorrow?" moments. - Translate vague client thoughts into actionable briefs (and actual deliverables). - Keep track of timelines, deliverables, and expectations — all without losing your sanity. - Work closely with our creative, design, and production folks to make sure magic happens. - Basically — ensure things move, people deliver, and clients smile.What You Bring to the Table:- 1–3 years of experience in account management / program management / client servicing (agency or sports background is a plus). - Deep love for chess — you know the game, the players, and the buzz. - Excellent communication, multitasking, and people skills (you know how to get things done). - Cool under pressure and quick on your feet — you don't panic when the clock's ticking. - Available to start yesterday (okay, or ASAP).Bonus Points If You:- Have worked on sports or esports campaigns before. - Have on-ground event experience. - Can explain the Caro-Kann in under 30 seconds.How to applySubject line: Account Manager/Program Manager: [Your Name]Include in your email (short answers, bullets welcome):- What makes you a good Account Manager? - Your resumeEmail to:aanchal.kheria@hr@
