Job Title:Affiliate Sales Specialist (Client Onboarding and Retention associate) Location:Noida Department:Affiliate Sales / Partnerships Employment Type:Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and drivenClient Onboarding & Retention Associateto join our affiliate marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding new brands, managing client relationships, and ensuring long-term retention. You will primarily work with clients inE-commerceandBFSI domains , helping them scale throughCPS, CPA, and CPL performance models . Key Responsibilities Identify, onboard, and activate new clients/brands who require affiliate campaign services. Work closely with advertisers to understand their performance marketing goals and design effective affiliate campaigns. Manage and grow client accounts by ensuring high campaign performance and ROI delivery. Monitor campaign performance metrics (CPS, CPA, CPL) and optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with internal teams (publisher management, operations, and analytics) to drive client success. Provide regular campaign reports, insights, and recommendations to clients. Stay updated on affiliate marketing trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2–3 years of experience inAffiliate Marketing / Client Servicing / Performance Marketing . Strong understanding ofCPS, CPA, CPL modelsand affiliate campaign dynamics. Experience working withE-commerce and BFSI brandsis highly preferred. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
