You willlead and mentor a team of International Sales Executiveswhile expanding our global customer base through effective sales planning and execution.Key Responsibilities Lead, manage, and motivate a team ofInternational Sales Executivesto achieve revenue and performance targets. Driveend-to-end international sales cycles– lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and deal closure. Develop and implementsales strategiesfor markets inNorth America, Europe, Middle East, and APAC. Build long-term relationships with international clients, ensuring high retention and satisfaction. Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams for customized client solutions. Identify new business opportunities and emerging trends inAI, Cloud, and Communication Technologies. Create and monitorteam KPIs , performance reports, and ensure CRM hygiene. Participate in international trade shows, virtual events, and business meetings.Requirements & Skills Bachelor’s orMaster’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 7–12 yearsof proven experience inInternational B2B Sales / IT / SaaS / Cloudindustry. Strong exposure toAI, Cloud, GPU infrastructure, CRM, or Call Center technologies. Excellent leadership, mentoring, and cross-functional coordination skills. Strong analytical, negotiation, and client presentation abilities. Ability to manage global accounts across different time zones and cultures.
