About the Business Unit Times mobile is the cloud communications platform and performance marketing service provider of The Times Group – India’s largest media and entertainment house. Times Mobile's Performance offers performance marketing solutions, optimizing critical brand metrics including CPC, CPL, CPA, and CPI through data-driven campaigns leveraging internal and external inventory to maximize brand ROI. About the Role A Digital Ad Sales Strategist plays a pivotal role in driving business growth through innovative advertising solutions. They develop tailored strategies, foster strong client relationships, and identify growth opportunities to drive revenue. Work Responsibilities Selling Times mobile Performance marketing platform to leading brands & agencies across the region. Creating a strong pipeline for performance marketing mandates from direct advertisers. Along with direct advertisers, also liaison with agencies to pick up mandates, where direct advertiser in-roads is not possible, or where advertiser wants to route business through their empanelled agencies. Follow performance/ affiliate industry trends & share regular insights with internal teams. Collaborate with all internal stakeholders to negotiate the best possible pricing/ KPI’s and establish commercial agreements with advertisers & agencies. Eligibility Minimum 3-7 years of relevant experience in affiliate sales, Digital sales, and handling Direct clients/Agencies for performance accounts. Deep relationship with media planners & performance marketers across established brands and media agencies. Strong understanding of affiliate/ paid advertising platforms/ tools such as MMP tools, programmatic tools, google, Meta, trafficking platforms etc. Strong understanding of the online digital industry. Prior experience of handling media agencies and clients in the north market. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
