Role Overview: We are looking for a result-driven Senior B2B Sales Professional with proven experience in managing end-to-end sales of corporate training programs. The ideal candidate will be responsible for business growth, P&L ownership, and client acquisition. A strong understanding of EdTech solutions, strategic sales planning, and account management is essential. Key Responsibilities: End-to-End B2B Sales Management: Own the full sales lifecycle—from lead generation and client engagement to deal closure and post-sales relationship management. Lead Generation & Conversion: Utilize LinkedIn, digital tools, and B2B channels to generate high-quality leads and convert them into revenue-generating clients. High-Value Deal Closure: Confidently pitch and sell customized, high-ticket corporate training programs to mid-size and large enterprises. Strategic Planning & P&L Ownership: Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve revenue targets and manage profitability of accounts. Account Growth & Client Retention: Manage key client relationships, upsell existing accounts, and convert one-time projects into long-term partnerships. Sales Operations: Maintain CRM, report pipeline and forecasting accurately, and drive structured sales processes across the team. Team Collaboration & Leadership: Work cross-functionally with content, marketing, and delivery teams to align solutions with client needs. Lead and mentor junior team members as required. Requirements: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management roles. Strong background in EdTech, corporate training, L&D, or consulting services is highly desirable. Demonstrated success in managing high-value sales cycles and achieving revenue targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong planning, analytical, and leadership capabilities. Experience in handling P&L, forecasting, and revenue reporting. Proficiency with CRM tools and digital sales platforms. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, target-driven environment.
