Work Location: Bangalore / Noida / PuneResponsibilities: Identify, develop, and acquire new clients in US Market. Should be good for staffing services in US Market. Build and maintain long-term relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. Drive end-to-end business development including lead generation, prospecting, negotiations, and contract closures. Achieve and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, and profitability objectives. Develop sales strategies, account penetration plans, and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Track industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities. Manage and grow key accounts to maximize business revenue.Required Skills 10+ years of direct hands on experience in US Sales/Business Development working in IT Services, Engineering Services or US Staffing companies Strong hunter mentality with a passion for acquiring new clients. Strong network and established relationships with direct clients and Tier-1 vendors. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
