MSP Portal Manager / Account Coordinator

Job Title: MSP Portal Manager / Account Coordinator (US Staffing)Shift : 6PM IST - 4 AM IST (Eastern)Location: Hybrid (Noida, UP)About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced MSP Portal Manager / Account Coordinator to join our growing team. This role requires someone with strong MSP client experience in the staffing industry, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of account coordination, VMS portal management, and supporting client relationships.Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day operations within MSP/VMS portals for staffing programs. - Act as the primary point of contact between MSP clients, recruiters, and internal delivery teams. - Ensure timely submission of candidates, compliance with client requirements, and accurate documentation. - Support account management functions by maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring service level agreements are met. - Partner with recruiting teams to prioritize requisitions, monitor progress, and ensure quality submittals. - Provide reporting, analytics, and status updates to clients and internal leadership.-Qualifications- Must have experience working with MSP clients in the staffing industry. - 2+ years of experience in US Staffing and Recruiting. - Strong knowledge of VMS tools (e.g., Fieldglass, Beeline, Coupa, etc.). - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks. - Strong relationship management and problem-solving skills.Why Join Us?- Opportunity to work with leading MSP clients. - Collaborative and growth-driven environment. - Career development opportunities in staffing account management.
